Job Description

As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial departments, including company accountants, financial assistants, and cash handlers
  • Overseeing the creation of financial reports and their dissemination to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operations
  • Developing plans for financial growth
  • Evaluating and managing risk
  • Coordinating audit processes

The Successful Applicant

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master's degree and additional certifications (e.g. CPA, CA, CMA, Tax Brevet) are highly regarded
  • At least 10-15 years of experience within the manufacturing sector
  • An excellent grasp of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • The ability to develop strategic plans based on financial data
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
  • Note: This role is based in Jakarta and open for Indonesian nationals only
