Job Description

As a Financial Controller your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Managing tax planning, compliance, and reporting to align with regulations in Indonesia.
  • Monitoring budgets and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimise financial processes.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management and tax regulations in Indonesia.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity.
