Job Description

As a Finance & GA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, transfer pricing requirements, and financial standards.
  • Overseeing costing activities, including product cost analysis and variance reporting, to support pricing and profitability decisions.
  • Handling intercompany consolidation and reconciliations to ensure accurate group reporting.
  • Overseeing administrative functions to support day-to-day business operations.
  • Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimise processes.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and preparing necessary documentation for audits.
  • Supervising and mentoring the finance and administration team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree beneficial.
  • Professional qualifications in finance or accounting such as CPA/CA/CMA are advantageous.
  • At least 8-10 years of proven experience, ideally from a manufacturing background.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess financial data and provide insights.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate with regional and global teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (i.e., MS Excel, Oracle, SAP, SAGE, etc.)
