Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the overall finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, funding, and financial planning & analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage funding strategy, liquidity management, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and industry reporting standards.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Lead and develop a large finance organization, fostering strong team capability and operational

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Big4 background is MUST.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA/CA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance, with significant exposure within multifinance, banking, or financial technology.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury, funding, and financial strategy.
  • Solid understanding of OJK regulations and financing industry requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large and complex finance teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
