  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to maintain high performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth within the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, planning, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
