About Our Client

We are currently partnering with one of the leading property developers in the country who is looking for a competent Facility Manager with a technical background to help them in this time of growth.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the hard services functions, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all facilities.
  • Utilize your engineering background to assess and address technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of all hard services.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to execute specialized engineering projects and repairs.
  • Ensure all facilities adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to hard services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure environment for both staff and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the annual budget for hard services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing service level agreements.
  • Lead and inspire a team of hard services professionals across all malls, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on hard services.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
