Job Description

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and partners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end export process including documentation, compliance, logistics, and customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness, pricing strategies, and timely delivery.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in export sales, preferably in commodities or food products.
  • Proven track record of managing international accounts and driving export growth.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client engagement.
