About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of fasteners and components used in automotive, heavy industry, and general industrial applications.

Job Description

  • Represent the company at international events and exhibitions in key markets.
  • Develop and execute export marketing strategies to expand global reach.
  • Identify and develop new overseas markets while managing and upselling to existing key accounts.
  • Set and oversee pricing strategies and profit margins for export markets.
  • Lead and manage the export marketing team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct global market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend evaluations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors, principals, and buyers.
  • Oversee export operations including negotiation, contract management, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth export execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation procedures.
  • Handle strategic issues such as quality claims, shipment delays, and customer complaints.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in an automotive parts manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for global representation.
  • Proven ability to develop new markets and manage key global accounts.
  • Fast learner with excellent product knowledge.
  • Engineering background or relevant technical knowledge preferred.
