About Our Client

We are currently representing a prominent leader in the retail entertainment industry in Indonesia. They are looking for an experienced Expansion Manager to oversee strategic development of new locations for their business.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute plans for expanding retail venues across Indonesia, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify high-potential locations
  • Work closely with senior management to define expansion goals, financial projections, and long-term growth strategies
  • Lead the identification and acquisition of large-scale commercial spaces, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with major developers and landlords, leading lease negotiations and securing favorable agreements
  • Assess site viability and ensure compliance with all project requirements
  • Manage the full cycle of venue development, from site selection to successful launch
  • Partner with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or business development in retail and entertainment industry
  • Portfolio in large-scale area acquisition, including high-traffic commercial spaces, malls, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling lease agreements
  • Knowledge of market research, financial analysis, and property law
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to travel frequently for site visits and meetings
