About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client with business in the F&B sectors and multiple sites in Indonesia who is looking to expand their team

Job Description

  • Identify potential new store locations aligned with the company's expansion strategy (malls, mixed‑use developments, high‑street areas, stand‑alone units)
  • Conduct market surveys, competitor mapping, traffic flow studies, and demographic analysis
  • Build and maintain a database of potential upcoming developments and available spaces
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with landlords, property developers, mall management, and real estate agents
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on projections
  • Negotiate commercial lease terms including rental rates, service charges, fit‑out periods, incentives, and contract length
  • Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, mall occupancy trends, and the competitive F&B landscape

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in expansion, business development, leasing, or real estate acquisition-preferably in F&B or retail sector
  • Strong network with landlords, mall operators, and property developers.
  • Solid understanding of commercial lease structures, property evaluation, and market research.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing feasibility studies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
