Job Description



  • Designs, implements, and improves ERP for supply chain processes across planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring alignment with local and global business requirements.


  • Analyzes current processes to identify inefficiencies and implements enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.


  • Assesses change impacts, designs training plans, and supports smooth transitions to standardized global practices.


  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements while providing clear, strategic options.


  • Provides coaching and support to enhance the skills and effectiveness of supply chain teams.


  • Conducts root cause analyses to address inefficiencies, streamline processes, reduce lead times, and achieve cost savings without compromising quality.


  • Keeps up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PIPL, and local laws, while managing global systems integration and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and change management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, data lakes), especially in Supply Chain & Logistics-related modules (e.g. EWM, Nexus, Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, SCE, SAP TM, Infor WMS, etc.)
  • Possess Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Open to working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong awareness of IT applications in the industry and competitive organizations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities.
