Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise customers for colocation services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and technical stakeholders
  • Deliver consultative sales using recognized sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger)
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and product teams to develop customer‑centric solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and customer engagements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout onboarding and post‑sale engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling technology, IT services, or infrastructure
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple enterprise stakeholders
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
