Our Client is seeking an Enterprise Architect (EA) to design and govern the company's entire IT, data, and digital architecture. This is a foundational leadership role in a 0→1 setup, responsible for shaping a scalable, secure, and future-ready technology landscape aligned with Group standards.

Our Client is a Greenfield Mining subsidiary of a Conglomerate group.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Strategy & Blueprint: Define and implement enterprise architecture across infrastructure, applications, data, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Solution & Integration Design: Lead end-to-end design for ERP, SCADA, FMS, HRIS, Finance, and other critical systems ensuring interoperability and compliance.
  • Data Architecture & Governance: Establish data frameworks, unified source of truth systems, and analytics platforms for operational insights.
  • Technology Governance: Implement architecture governance processes, standardize technologies, and maintain architecture artifacts.
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic technology advisor to the BoD, providing thought leadership on emerging technologies (IoT, digital twin, automation).

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 8-10+ years in IT architecture, solution design, or enterprise systems implementation.
  • Proven track record in Greenfield setups, enterprise architecture governance, and large-scale system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP/Dynamics/IFS), SCADA/OT integration, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and data architecture.
  • Industry exposure in mining, energy, or industrial operations preferred.



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong system-thinking and ability to link business strategy to technology execution.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, application, data, and security architectures.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman, and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST/ISO 27001).



Preferred Certifications

  • TOGAF 9/10
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • CISSP / CISA / CRISC (advantageous)
  • ITIL Foundation
