Reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer, this strategic role ensures alignment between business objectives, technology roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives while upholding Sharia principles and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and technology layers.
  • Drive governance, standards, and architecture review processes.
  • Partner with solution teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
  • Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and digital opportunities.
  • Embed cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance into all designs.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced certifications (TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
  • 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture roles gain from either Insurance or Banking sectors
  • Proven experience in cloud adoption, data integration, and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, APIs, microservices, and security standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
