  • Working with the product team to translate the key organisational objectives into a list a project.


  • Work with the operational team to understand any operational issue and use them as product improvement development.


  • Managing a team of engineers to deliver a high quality product through the participation in brainstorming architectural review, task delegation, project management, code review.
  • Ensure timely communication to relevant stakeholders in the business and engineering team.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from reputable universities.


  • Solid experience in Software Engineering with minimum 6 years including 3+ years experience as engineering manager - preferably someone that has experience in building Payment and Fraud related domains.


  • Excellent in verbal communication, mentorship skills, influence skills, and shows personal maturity.


  • Excellent in problem solving, analytical, and ability to move up and down from solution and implementation.


  • Comfortable working with a cross-functional team.
