Job Description

  • Managing a team of engineers to deliver a high quality product
  • Collaborate with product teams to align organizational goals with project and initiative planning.
  • Partner with the operations team to gather insights on operational challenges, using them to inform product development.
  • Lead an engineering team to deliver high-quality products by engaging in brainstorming sessions, architectural and design reviews, task breakdown, project management, and code reviews.
  • Take part in recruiting top talent by conducting interviews and providing feedback.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Extensive experience in software engineering with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience, including 3-4+ years as an engineering manager-ideally with a background in developing highly critical platform
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing robust, highly scalable systems.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, mentoring, and influencing skills, along with a high level of personal maturity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to navigate between high-level solutions and detailed implementations.
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
