Job Description

  • Leading and managing the electrical engineering team.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for electrical systems.
  • Ensuring all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organisation's established policies and objectives.
  • Maintaining the operational performance of electrical systems.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
  • Implementing safety measures and quality standards.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering processes and theories.
  • Adept at project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
