Job Description

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on EHS standards and best practices.
  • Investigating incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities and compliance.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of waste management and pollution control measures.
  • Ensuring readiness and response plans for emergencies are up-to-date and effectively communicated.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in implementing EHS programs and conducting safety audits.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills for incident investigation and risk assessment.
