The company serves as a strategic platform for consolidating and expanding investments across key real estate sectors in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Design and implement investment strategies that prioritize sustainable, long-term value creation
  • Supervise portfolio performance to ensure strong financial results and operational excellence
  • Lead financial management processes, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across asset categories
  • Identify, analyze, and structure new investment prospects, encompassing both development and acquisition projects
  • Provide strategic perspectives and market intelligence to support sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with developers, agents, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies
  • Act as the company's representative in key negotiations, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations
  • Manage all aspects of deal execution, from due diligence and risk analysis to transaction completion
  • Steer the company's transformation into a top-tier, fully integrated real estate investment platform
  • Recruit, coach, and oversee cross-functional teams across investment, operations, and asset management disciplines
  • Implement effective governance frameworks, operational systems, and a performance-oriented culture
  • Champion innovation and continuous enhancement across all areas of the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Seasoned Real Estate professional in the real estate sector, with proven leadership in investment management and/or operations
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing large-scale real estate projects
  • Experience working with institutional investors, private funds, or large conglomerates is a plus
  • Well-connected within the real estate ecosystem, including brokers, developers, and senior industry leaders
  • Ability to leverage relationships for deal sourcing, market intelligence, and strategic partnerships
  • Visionary thinker with strong execution capability
  • Collaborative and inspiring leader with a track record of building high-performance teams
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach
