About Our Client

The Director of Pharmaceutical Distributor Company will lead the Indonesian arm of this multinational entity.

Job Description

  • End-to-end pharma distribution: Lead and ensure the supply chain network of pharmaceuticals in Indonesia
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and manage healthcare engagements, including strategy development with shareholders and principals, operational improvement, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and profitability for the healthcare consulting practice.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or relevant distribution industry.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
