Job Description

As a Director IT Operations & Innovations, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the IT department to ensure efficiency.
  • Leading the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance customer experience.
  • Managing IT budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into business processes.
  • Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitoring and maintaining system performance and reliability.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the IT team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Expereince in driving comprehensive business process transformation initiatives, ERP implementation.
  • Strong industry exposure within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or Retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast‑growth, rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Business‑focused technology leader with a strategic mindset and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at operating effectively in dynamic, high‑growth, and constantly evolving environments.
