About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client who is expanding their business in hospitality & property sector.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement catering and banquet strategies aligned with the company's goals
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize revenue through upselling and innovative packages
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all catered events, such as weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Recruit, train, and manage catering and banquet staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for catering and banquet operations
  • Develop and execute catering and banquet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in catering/banquet operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage trends, event planning, and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
