Job Purpose: Spearhead changes within ourorganization,rsponsible for a variety of future focused projects that are part of a large scale process and technology transformation initiative intended to support operations and improve the customer experience.
Design the overall business process management strategy in alignment with all stakeholders
- Works to define future state processes and gain alignment on strategic decisions along with cross-functional team members that represent the end-to-end process and support the Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, Finance, Customer Care, Master Data, and Reporting Organizations
Decide the tools and methodology to conduct Business Process Management which align with the company's objectives
- Leads analysis and design of future business processes that span multiple functional areas
Identifies and proposes process changes that add business value and deliver increased process efficiencies.
- Empower our IT enablers in building tools and products use to drive an improved customer experience, both for internal and external users.

- Min. 10 years relevant experience in business process / improvement including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Own the customer experience-think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services
