Job Description

  • Lead all industrial and agricultural operations (plantations, processing, supply chain).
  • Define and implement the operational and financial strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability commitments.
  • Supervise local teams and drive performance across sites in West Africa
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and local authorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Managing Director should have:

  • Proven experience in tropical agro-industry
  • Strong track record in Africa or Emerging Markets
  • Natural leadership, hands-on approach, and strategic vision.
  • Fluent in French and professional English.
