About Our Client

Our client is a holding company which is looking for Deputy Manager of Property Management for their expanding property development business. With portfolio including housing, hospitality, schools, hospitals, etc.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the portfolio
  • Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, upgrades, and improvements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Manage smaller projects related to property development, renovations, and improvements
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property management and project implementation

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property Management, with focus on diverse assets such as housing, offices, schools, and hospitals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships and negotiate with other parties.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
  • Strong knowledge in project and change management, associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
  • Ability to identify problems and be effective in problem resolution
