Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine demand predictions using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
  • Optimize inventory levels, adjust forecasts, and coordinate with teams to align inventory strategies with market trends and customer demand.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to align forecasts, manage inventory, and meet service level targets.
  • Analyze and report on forecast accuracy, inventory KPIs, and financial impacts. Leverage insights from S&OP meetings to drive improvements.
  • Identify potential risks in demand and supply chain operations and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • In-depth understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
  • An independent individual with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Able to communicate, read, and write in English
  • Strong analytical skills, and able to work well with data
  • Detail-oriented with market knowledge in the industry
  • Must be placed in Sidoarjo
