Job Description

  • Lead, conceive, and implement a work program for the engagement with clients and manage team through the restructuring process
  • Acting as the main person-in-charge and interface with various stakeholders
  • Advise and assist the clients from developing turnaround strategy/plan, Corporate restructuring, Debt restructuring and refinancing, to Equity raising
  • Assist in resolving financial and strategic issues in order to improve businesses that are performing below optimum level
  • Analyze and assess business model and financials for strategic and tactical decision making

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of restructuring experiences in banking industry, debt finance, debt advisory, Big 4, securities firms and other related industries
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills to work on complex financial transactions
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in debt market, especially with distressed situations
  • Proven leadership and able to analyze companies from a financial, operational and industry perspective
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal
