As Data Center Technical Solution Lead, you will be responsible on supporting new customer acquisition by providing tailored data center solutions. The successful candidate will act as a technical consultant and work closely with the sales team to address client needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery.

We are currently representing one of the fastest-growing data center provider. A multinational company who is currently in the midst of expansion in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide expert consultation on data center services
  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the company's data center capabilities
  • Prepare technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and industry standards
  • Oversee fit-out projects by managing design, planning, timelines, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and communication to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide technical input for pricing, cost estimation, and proposal development

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related industries
  • At least 5 years of experience in critical facilities development or operation as well as project management in 24x7 Data Center Environment
  • Proficient in MEP operations and building facilities related systems such as Switchgears, UPS, Generators, CRAUs, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certifications in facilities management or data center operations, such as CDCP, CDCS, CDCMP, or DCS in Operations will be a plus
  • Familiar with certification standards, including LEED Gold, ISO 20000/22301/27001/14001, Uptime Institute Tier system, GreenMark TIA 942 Tier system, and Bizsafe
  • Fluent in English
