Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end consulting for global D365 F&O Retail and Omni-channel implementations.
  • Define and own solution architecture aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, lead workshops, and ensure successful user adoption.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements; coordinate with architects and developers.
  • Oversee integrations, customizations, and validate technical designs.
  • Ensure DevOps alignment for continuous delivery and system reliability.
  • Mentor junior consultants and developers; act as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders and champion continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in D365 F&O or AX2012, including full-cycle implementations.
    • Proven leadership in consulting and architecture tracks.
  • Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with retail processes and POS solutions in D365.
    • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
    • Strong consulting presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
