Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ERP implementation and post-go-live activities across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and omnichannel domains.
  • Configure D365 F&O Retail modules and communicate customization needs to technical teams.
  • Gather business requirements, run workshops, and deliver user training.
  • Identify process gaps and propose optimized solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Facilitate DevOps-driven continuous integration and delivery for retail systems.
  • Collaborate with global teams and ensure compliance with business policies.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support for cross-functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years as a D365 F&O consultant (or 5 years in AX 2012).
    • At least one full-cycle ERP implementation project.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of D365 Retail module and POS solutions.
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), BPMN, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
    • Excellent English communication and ability to work in international teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in retail process optimization and DevOps pipeline integration.
