Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and post-go-live support of D365 Finance modules across APAC and Middle East markets.
  • Analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and design scalable finance solutions.
  • Configure D365 F&O to meet global and local compliance standards.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and user training for finance processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams on customizations and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with audit and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years as a D365 F&O or AX 2012 Finance Consultant.
    • At least one full-cycle implementation project.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and financial reporting principles.
    • Proficiency in D365 F&O financial modules and reporting tools (Financial Reporter, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, Confluence) and BPMN methodologies.
    • Excellent communication in English; ability to work in global teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in retail or consumer goods environment; microservice-based integration knowledge.
