About Our Client
Our Client is a Global FinTech Company who is currently looking to hire for a Customer Support Director with IT or Financial Services background related, to lead their Global Customer Support division team and help with their expanding businesses.
- Lead the Global Customer Support Division team.
- Set-up strategies to implement systems, processes, and metrics.
- Responsible to develop for customer support policies, procedures, and metrics.
- Work crossfunctionally with other teams to ensure the delivery of the best customer experience.
- Create plans and conduct trainings for the customer support team.
- Handle the team members' performances.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years of professional working experience in Customer Service.
- Bachelor's degree in related functions, such as Business/Accounting/Finance/IT.
- Great leadership skills and team player.
- Have the experiences in handling teams remotely.
- Excellent data analytical skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
