About Our Client
Our client is a startup company in Online Advertising industry and is looking for a technical savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses strong drive result. Are you ready to be part of the next big thing in the industry?
You will be responsible to build and manage the relationship between end users and to grow the business in Indonesia.
Your responsibilities are:
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships to improve customer experience through service support
- Manage and lead the customer success team
- Acting as the key main contact point to manage customers
- Provide excellent service to customer online to boost their satisfaction
- Resolve all of the problems that the customers are facing
- Execute strong internal and external communications with all customers and team
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for a strong communicator. Excellent in Bahasa and English in both verbal and written is a must.
Other requirements include:
- At least 5 years of working experiences in handling customers and team
- Bachelor Degree in Communication/Marketing/Management or other related majors. Graduated from top-tier university is preferred.
- Proven track record; successful previous experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strategic thinker and go-getter mindset to achieve company
- Excellent in Bahasa and English/Mandarin in both written and verbal
