About Our Client
Our client is a multinational services company and one of the leaders in the industry. They are currently looking for sophisticated Customer Service team to lead the Corporate Clients Customer Service team and maintain high satisfaction level.
- Ensure corporate customers are given the best quality services as to maintain customers loyalty.
- Aim to consistently meet service standards and make improvement in areas where necessary.
- Support key account functions and obtain feedback on company's service delivery performance.
- Identify potential business and additional revenue growth from inquiries from existing customers.
- Lead the Customer Service Team and conduct necessary training, to develop the team members to be the best in the industry.
- Develop KPIs for team and monitor as they perform.
- Management of the customer service platforms: tech support, customer relations, user community, customer training, customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree with 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Experienced in managing a team.
- Have good knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Experienced in handling large volume of inquiries (email, chats, incoming calls, etc).
- Strong experience in Customer Service from large B2B companies, preferably comes from Banking, Financial Services, Services, or Retail industry sector background.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Great interpersonal skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.
