We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen our commercial team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with customers in the chemical, ink, optics industries and more, driving sales and supporting projects from concept to after-sales service.

You will represent a global technology leader that provides industrial machinery and complete plant solutions sourced from multiple countries, along with comprehensive services including engineering, automation, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

Job Description

  • Generate and maintain revenue and profit in assigned markets.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ink, optics, chemicals segments and more.
  • Promote the full portfolio of solutions, including machinery, plant design, and services.
  • Plan and execute customer visits; prepare proposals and lead negotiations.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering and automation teams for plant projects and after-sales support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or related field.
  • Strong network in paint, cosmetics, optics industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts; machinery knowledge can be learned.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and process-oriented work style.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits.
