Job Description
- Maintain best quality services to be provided to customers
- Consistently aim to meet service standards and make improvement in areas where necessary
- Lead the customer experience team and conduct necessary training to help develop the team members
- Identify potential business and additional revenue growth
- Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 5 years of professional working experiences in the customer service area
- Preferable comes from start-up or digital industry, retail, or other relevant industry
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Great communication skills
- Speaks fluent English (both oral and written)
