Job Description

  • Maintain best quality services to be provided to customers
  • Consistently aim to meet service standards and make improvement in areas where necessary
  • Lead the customer experience team and conduct necessary training to help develop the team members
  • Identify potential business and additional revenue growth
  • Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in any field
  • 5 years of professional working experiences in the customer service area
  • Preferable comes from start-up or digital industry, retail, or other relevant industry
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Speaks fluent English (both oral and written)
