Job Description
1. Manage 10+ senior engineers working in Mobile Application Development and Machine Learning
2. Support founders in refining and executing technology vision
3. Support founders in making key technology decisions
4. Actively hire top tier engineers and grow engineering team
5. Perform research and development into new technologies that can help expand the company
The Successful Applicant
- Well-versed in engineering team management & driving large-scale projects required
- Proven record of delivering & managing large-scale software development required
- Experience of designing, implementing, releasing & maintaining high volume production grade applications in distributed environments required
- Technical experience with React Native or NodeJS
- Highly proficient or fluent in English
