This role supports the broader operations organization and ensures that all infrastructure systems operate with the highest levels of availability, reliability, and efficiency.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center Industry who is looking to expand their team and business in Indonesia

Job Description

  • Oversee daily technical operations of the data center to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Establish and refine operational procedures, including change management, incident response, and recovery protocols
  • Ensure high availability and resiliency across all critical systems, including power, cooling, servers, networks, and storage infrastructure
  • Monitor key performance indicators and conduct analysis to identify areas for optimization or improvement
  • Work with internal teams to plan and execute expansions, equipment upgrades, and system migrations while minimizing operational disruption
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support, effective troubleshooting, and proper service delivery
  • Develop structured training programs for operations and technical teams to strengthen skill depth and operational readiness

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with portfolio in Data Center or other critical facilities environment
  • Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, including electrical (UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear, backup systems, etc.) and mechanical (CRAC units, chillers, piping, cooling towers, fire suppression, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to speak English
