Job Description

Offline Creative Development

  • Produce high-quality visual designs for printed and promotional materials such as brochures, educational leaflets, product information sheets, stickers, and PR kits.
  • Create and refine concepts for in-store and point‑of‑sale displays, including brand walls, podiums, gondolas, standees, and pharmacy displays.
  • Oversee design mock-ups and ensure alignment with marketing objectives before handover for final production.



Digital Creative Development

  • Collaborate with digital, e-commerce, and internal teams to create visual assets for online campaigns.
  • Design materials such as online advertisements, website banners, e‑retail visuals, occasional social media content, and email templates.
  • Ensure that digital outputs follow current brand guidelines and platform specifications.



Creative Ideation & Trend Monitoring

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay informed on design trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer preferences within the skincare and beauty space.



Asset & Template Management

  • Maintain an organized repository of design assets, templates, and brand materials for internal use.
  • Ensure files are easily accessible and updated regularly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong command of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
  • Basic capability in 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Blender) is beneficial.
  • Basic skills in photography and video editing are an advantage.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design craftsmanship and creativity.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and in team environments.
  • Proficient in English as a secondary language.
