Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in the additives sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring their professional development and success.
  • Manage overall business operations in Indonesia, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical service, supply chain, and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and manage business risks.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chemical engineering background, having a MBA will be advantage.
  • Strong sales and business development experience in additives, specialty chemicals, or advanced materials.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and business operations.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, including industry trends and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
