My client is looking for a pro-active individual, entrepreneur mindset with strong passion in education that able to lead and manage the whole business operation in Indonesia
- My client is looking for a pro-active individual, entrepreneur mindset with strong passion in education that able to lead and manage the whole business operation in Indonesia
- Develop and manage end to end operations plan in Indonesia and maintain strong monthly growth for the business
- Develop and manage business partnership with new and existing key partners to ensure business growth
- Manage P&L Accountability
- Identify and understand market situation, articulate innovative commercial strategy to grow the business in Indonesia
- Ensuring that multiple initiatives and strategies are implemented to achieve the most efficient operation in a cost-effective manners.
The Successful Applicant
Pro-active individual, entrepreneur mindset with outgoing personality and excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English, verbally and written.
- Graduate from Top Tier University. MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of working experience in growing business in reputable tech start-up
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Proven sales and operation track records
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
- Excellent time and project management skill with the ability to coach and mentor.
