Job Description

As a Country HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, training, and employee development programs to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining a fair and ethical workplace.
  • Manage employee relations proactively to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to identify workforce needs and collaboratively address challenges.
  • Lead performance management and succession planning efforts to nurture talent and prepare future leaders.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and deliver insightful reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives and continuously improve HR processes for greater efficiency and impact.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country HR Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
