Job Description

Reporting to the Country Manager with dotted reporting line to regional HR team, the HR Manager will be responsible in managing end-to-end HR management, covering, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, supporting overall business strategy-- emphasizing on transformation agendas.
  • Supporting business needs through development, engagement, and implementation of HR programs.
  • Maintaining a positive working environment
  • Ensuring legal compliance
  • Partnering with business stakeholders in driving country people agenda.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources/Business with at least 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end HR department
  • Proven experience in driving business transformation through people agenda
  • Comfortable working in a transformative business with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
