Job Description

As a Country HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
  • Monitoring and managing performance appraisal processes effectively.
  • Leading learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
  • Providing strategic HR advice to senior management and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eight until 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end HR within holding company with multiple entities in hospitality sectors
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
