About Our Client

Our client is a reputable global manufacturing company with headquarters in Europe and a strong presence in South and Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Advise senior management on strategic HR matters

Design, develop, and improve HR programs and initiatives

Implement and localize global HR programs in Indonesia

Promote & build employee & industrial relations with management, staff & regulatory bodies so as to achieve a harmonious employee & industrial relations climate.

Enhance working relationship between management & employees via different employee engagement & continuous improvement programs so as to create better lives & welfare for employees.

Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate; Provide HR business partnership to business leaders.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HR professional and leader

Experience primarily with global well-established manufacturing companies with a matrix structure and a headcount of over 500 employees

Strong Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development and HR business partnering experience

Proven experience in managing multiple business units

Must be willing to be based in the Bekasi / Cikarang area with travel required
