About Our Client
Our client is a Global Consumer Company. With their big name in the market, they are viewed as one of the organisation who invest heavily on their people.
- Direct, large and key dealer management. Involves regular interaction with dealers across all channels, monitoring demand across product segments on a geographical range, supervising servicing and delivery across dealers and planning for the same on the base of volume and value targets.
- To monitor and develop sales collection in all regions across channels
- Develop the pricing range and margin in markets across channels, based on market and trend analysis, country dynamics, financial regulators and product development plan
- Interaction with external and internal stakeholders of both companies to effectively manage influencer and interested party activities
- Managing the marketing activities such as new product initiatives, product benchmarking, above the line and below the line activities
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta and reporting to the CEO.
Other requirements including:
- At least 15 years of working Experience in FMCG
- Bachelor Degree, MBA will be desired
- Strong International exposure/ Regional experience
- Experiences in Managing People, Reporting to Senior Position
- Leader Position with strong Sales and Marketing Background
- Has strong Financial Acumen
- Has experiences in managing organization changes / turnaround business
- Good Understanding about Indonesia Market and Culture
