About Our Client

Our client is a holding company within the financial services industry. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company.
  • Drive transformation efforts across the group.
  • Communicate and present strategic plans and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring that it is aligned with the group's vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and leverage group synergy for value creation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree from a major in Tier 1 University.
  • At least 2 years of working experience from a Management Consulting Firm or Big 4.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate in the financial services industry.
  • Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
