Job Description

As a Consulting Manager PMO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing strategic initiatives across the company.
  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a team of consultants, fostering a high-trust, high-performance culture through structured growth plans and externally facilitated development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to enhance their supply chain performance.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project excellence.
  • Driving project management and optimising project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Consulting Manager PMO should have:

  • Proven Project Management Expertise: Strong track record of managing multiple, complex implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and implementing structured development programs.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to optimizing internal workflows, driving efficiency, and implementing best practices.
  • Experienced in Consulting Company: Has experience in running or managing technology consultancy projects from reputable consulting companies
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with both internal teams and external clients effectively.
  • Industry Experience: Background in supply chain, inventory optimization, or related consulting fields is preferred.
