We are currently representing one of our Data Center client who is in the midst of growth and expanding their team.

Job Description

As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget
  • Managing on-site operations, including workforce and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Preparing progress reports and presenting updates to stakeholders
  • Resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process
  • Collaborating with various teams to achieve project objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing construction projects with experience in Data Center project
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (power systems, cooling systems, racks, cabling, BMS, security)
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality results
