About Our Client

Our client is a construction company specializing in roads and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

  • Manage all activities related to construction works for roads and infrastructure projects from end to end including planning, execution, completion, and delivery.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes
  • Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works
  • Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC.
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with experience handling infrastructures or road projects
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
  • Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
  • Willing to be placed in remote area
